ARCHER is an excellent soil conditioner for saline soils and waters. It increases the cation exchange capacity (CEC) due to the physical, chemical and biological features of the organic matter it contains. CEC is the ability of a soil to retain ions, including nutrients. The higher the cation exchange capacity, the greater the amount of calcium supported by the soil and its structure is improved.
